Freshman Class Faculty Snacks
The Parents' Guild needs your help in showing appreciation to our outstanding teachers and staff. Each class has provided snacks for a staff meetings throughout the last half of the year. The Freshman class is providing snacks for the May 20th meeting. We need parent volunteers to bring snacks to the school by 2 pm on May 20th to thank our teachers for all they do for our girls.
Remember to track your hours and donations here - https://www.trackitforward.com/site/flintridge-sacred-heart-academy. If for some reason you need to cancel your volunteer shift or in-kind donation within 48 hours of the event, please find another parent to replace your duties or donation. Please note that in-kind donations or purchased food for sporting events or other hospitality events is credited one hour for each $25 spent. Each family is allowed a maximum of 15 hours ($375) completed with in-kind donations or purchases.
