Volunteer Signups Open: Help Us Host SAWS Oktoberfest! 

Hi SAWS Family & Friends,

We are gearing up for our upcoming SAWS Oktoberfest , and we need a solid team of volunteers to help us throw a great event for our community!

Whether you want to help behind the scenes or run the show during the party, we've got a spot for you.

Volunteer Signups Open: Help Us Host SAWS Oktoberfest!

Location: 205 apartment complex, at the SAWS headquarter

Time: 1500-2100

Volunteer Teams Needed:

Build-Up Crew (Pre-Event): Help us unload equipment, arrange tables and chairs, and transform the space.

Decorating Crew (Pre-Event): Bring the Oktoberfest vibe to life with banners, lighting, and festive venue setups.

Food & Drink Crew: Keep the lines moving, serve up drinks, and assist with food prep/distribution.

Waiter/Waitresses: To help deliever drinks and food to keep everyone happy

Monitoring & Event Operations: Keep an eye on the venue, assist guests, and ensure everything runs smoothly and safely.

Breakdown Crew (Post-Event): Help us pack up equipment, clear tables, and leave the venue clean.

Craft table crew: Help make little crafts for the guest and crew.

** For the Build up crew and Decorating crew will meet the day before on October 2nd to help set up

The clean up Crew will meet on October 4th to help break everything down**
