Hang Tough Foundation

Hang Tough is looking for buddies to pair with teens participating in a meal planning/grocery shopping life skills activity. Volunteers will be paired with a teen and help them navigate the grocery store and find items on their grocery list (provided by themselves and their parents).

We will begin upstairs in the cafe for a brief discussion on grocery shopping tips and social skills. Volunteers will need to help participants compare prices, read signs, and manage their money. Hang Tough will provide each teen with a gift card to purchase their groceries.

After shopping, teens and volunteers will gather in the upstairs cafe for lunch.
