Richmond Tree Stewards

Here's a great opportunity to hone your Tree ID skills using the dichotomous key in the VaDOF book Common Native Trees of Virginia.  Aided by knowledgeable Tree Stewards, participants will identify specific trees in the park using the dichotomous key.

The event will be held at the City of Richmond Bandy Field Nature Park.  Parking at the park is very limited so it is best to park in the adjacent neighborhood on Hanover Avenue and walk across the street to the entrance to the park.  Do a google search for Hanover Avenue and Three Chopt Road.
