Invasive removal and habitat restoration at Larus Park

Join Tree Stewards and the Friends of Larus Park to work on removing tree-threatening invasive plant species! We will be focusing on wisteria and privet. We will provide a pair of weed wrenches as well as some other tools, but you may want to bring your own pruning saw, loppers, and/or pruners. And gloves and water as always.
Meet at the park trailhead. Sneed's Nursery has given us permission to park in their BACK parking lot on weekday workdays as the Larus trailhead lot is rather small. Turn off Huguenot Rd onto Hayden Hill Lane - the Sneed's back lot is just past the Larus lot.
