Richmond Tree Stewards

This will be one of the final plantings as part of Swansboro West's tree planting grant. So far, we have planted 165 trees throughout the neighborhood with a goal of over 200. This will be to plant nine (9) trees in the 3700 block of Lawson Street. Though a relatively small planting, it is very imnportant for this street that lacks tree canopy. We are trying to get Parks & Rec. to predrill the holes for us, but they have not yet committed so digging the holes may be required, but of course, we also need people to work on the root ball prep so please do not let the digging dissuade you from coming. All toools will be provided, but feel free to bring your favorite tools if you want.
