Swansboro West Tree Planting

This is the first tree planting of the 2026 planting season for the Swansboro West Tree Planting project. This planting will focus on the northern end of Lawson Street where we will be planting 25 trees. The meeting spot will be at the intersection of Lawson and East Broad Rock Road. New for this year, Groundwork RVA will auger the holes for us so that should make digging much easier, but we need experienced tree stewards to help prepare the root balls and supervise neighborhood volunteers.
