Swansboro West December Tree Planting Event

This is the third tree planting of this planting season for the Swansboro West Tree Planting project. This planting will focus along east 36th Street in Swansboro West. The meeting spot will be East 36th Street and McLennan Street. We are planning for 10-15 trees for the this planting. Again this year, Richmond Parks and Rec. have offered to auger the holes for us so that should make digging much easier, but we need experienced tree stewards to help prepare the root balls and supervise neighborhood volunteers so it is not all hard labor.
