All-Star Families: please find 2 shifts to volunteer for during the TOC tournament.

Field Set Up and Field Close After the Game
Volunteer arrives at designated field and prepares the field for game play (the field should be in good repair from the previous nights volunteer) Work includes opening the shed, wetting down the field dirt, dragging the infield, chalking foul lines, and repairing the mound and hitting areas. There are instructions provided and a training day is being offered. The process takes about 45min to setup and about 45min to close.

SNACK SHACK: BBQ Grill Assistant
The adult volunteer would be responsible for cooking burgers and hot dogs on the grill. Also lining the trash cans, placing them around the fields, and taking the trash to the garbage bins at the end of the night. A list of closing duties will be placed in the snack shack. BOOTH: Paper Scorekeeper & Announcer
Scorebook will be provided. Please arrive at least 40min before the game to ensure lineups are accurate. Volunteer will be responsible for workign in the booth, keeping the paper score book..Before the game the announcer will read a script provided to them by the league, announce all players and coaches on the script, and have two players read the Little League Pledge. They will then play the national anthem. During the game, annoucer will read each player's name (before the come to the plate). If you're up to it you the announcer can play "clean" music between innings. The volunteer must stay for the whole game and no children/players are allowed in the score booth during All Stars.

BOOTH: GameChanger
Volunteer will be responsible for using the GameChanger app on thier own device. No one should sign up for this if they have not used GameChanger before. Please do not sign up unless you are comfortable using this app. The volunteer must stay for the whole game.

BOOTH: Paper Pitch Count & Scoreboard
Volunteer will be responsible for workign in the booth, keeping the paper pitch count, and updating the digital field scoreboard.and pitch count. Please arrive at least 40min before the game to ensure lineups and information is accurate.The volunteer must stay for the whole game and no children/players are allowed in the score booth during All Stars.

SNACK SHACK: Staff
The snack shack volunteer is responsible for ringing orders up on the ipad, warming up items such as the pretzels, churros, and corn dogs. Constantly restocking but not limited to food items from the storage, napkins, condiments...A list of closing procedures will be listed in the snack shack. Volunteers must be at least 14 years old. Please note in the google form is you have a minor working the SS. Only 1 of the two SS slots can be a minor. FACILITY: Clean and Restock Bathroom (after game ends)
This responsibility includes cleaning, restocking the bathrooms and taking out the trash. The bathroom supplies will be provided, including gloves, disinfectant, soap, towels, garbage bags, etc. The process to clean and stock the bathroom takes about 30min.
