Load Out & Clean Up

We need at least 2 volunteers with a pickup truck or van. Tear down all MAG Booths, load the van to take supplies back to the Guild shed. Dismantle Pop Up Carry tables, chairs and supplies from the assigned Mag Booth spaces - Gazebo, Info booth and Medical Tent. Tear down starts at 4pm.
Walk the Courthouse grounds to make sure all trash is picked up so we don't get fines.
4:00pm - 7:30pm
Booth Tear Down
Load Out - Tear Down Pop Ups, Carry tables, chairs and supplies to the van and return to the Guild Shed - Gazebo, Check-in and Medical Tent.
Walk the grounds to ensure no trash left behind by vendors, retrieve wood blocks loaned out.
