Purchased extra hour of warm room time at the end of the session 3 to 4pm. Warm Room Hosts will need to stay during this time. This group will also be catering in food. Headcount is ~50 people

 

Volunteers must review the Helpful Info for Outing/LTC Volunteers doc before the start of the event.

 

Note: We are offering double the volunteer hours for this event. Volunteer 3 hours and get 6 hours of volunteer time credited.
