Volunteers must review the Helpful Info for Outing/LTC Volunteers doc before the start of the event.

 

Warm Room Hosts: Please have participants scan the QR code to sign the e-waiver and follow the process for validation.

Helpful Links: - LTC Event Roster - Crosscheck with Signed Waivers - Make sure to select the appropriate date when reviewing the roster.

Ensure waivers are signed; tend bar; interact with any guests watching from the warm room; close the club afterwards, if necessary
