Volunteer Time is 1/2 hour before and after the scheduled ice time of 8:30pm-10:30pm. Volunteers must review the Helpful Info for Outing/LTC Volunteers doc before the start of the event.
Warm Room Hosts: Please have participants scan the QR code to sign the e-waiver and follow the process for validation.

Greet, check-in, and interact with guests; ensure waivers are signed; tend bar; maintain fridge and snack stock; prep and hand out swag bags; maintain and clean common areas and bathrooms, as needed; close the club afterwards, if necessary.
Teach at one hack during the on-ice portion; one instructor will need to stream the Welcome/Safety Video before taking the ice; one instructor will need to lead warm-up stretches/slide position on ice.
