Pick up 2 coffee totes and bring them to the club. You may need to call the coffee place the night before to order.
Open club and register; brew coffee; help set-up and maintain continental breakfast
Welcome our teams! Make sure out of town teams sign waivers
Bake (or buy) and drop off a dessert for our participants to enjoy! Drop off the items anytime on the tables in the cold room.
Use this option if you are bringing desserts that are gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, or for other dietary restriction. Please leave a note labeling your items. Drop off the items anytime on the tables in the cold room.

Due to technology changes, there is no longer a need for anybody to manually enter the scores during the stream. The scoreboards should be visible as part of the new camera setup.
This shift would be to ensure everything is still running smoothly with the stream. If all is running well, we could use you for running bar orders between the ice room and bar and any other General Assistance that is needed.

Spiel participants know how to eat! But that also means dirty dishes that need washing. Volunteer to pick up the grimy ones in the evening, take them home for a good scrub, and return them for use the next day (or the next spiel!)
