Private Outing for Angela Petro - EO Columbus - (614) 260-7752 - (4 sheets) Ice time is 7:30-10:00pm.
Volunteer Time includes 1/2 hour before and after the scheduled ice time.
Volunteer instructors are needed for just the 3 hours of instruction, but are welcome to stay and broomstack/socialize longer.
Group has purchased 2 hours additional warm room time to be covered by the warm room host.
Volunteers must review the Helpful Info for Outing/LTC Volunteers doc before the start of the event.

0. A few individuals will come decorate the Warm room/setup from 5:00-6:00PM
1. The group is going to do a "dinner" in the Warm Room before their event from 6:00-7:00PM.
2. 7:00-7:30PM they will put on athletic clothes and change into clean shoes.
3. 7:30-8:00PM Safety video and Curling Introduction
4. 8:00-10:00PM Learn to Curl/Mini Game
5. 10:00-11:00PM Broomstacking and the group will clean up their food/decorations.
Ensure waivers are signed; tend bar; interact with any guests watching from the warm room; close the club afterwards, if necessary. An instructor can also sign up for this shift.
Teach at one hack during the on-ice portion.
Shadow and assist instructors as needed. This is a great way to learn how to teach an LTC.
