Hello NCS Families,

Our middle school students have an exciting opportunity coming up! They will be heading to The Romper Room for three afternoon climbing sessions.

To help keep this activity affordable and avoid the high costs of commercial bussing, we are looking for parent volunteers who can drive approximately 20 students to the climbing facility and back to NCS.

If you have a vehicle, a clean driving record, and some free time on a Wednesday afternoon, we would love your help!

The Dates

We need drivers for the following Wednesdays:

May 27

June 3

June 10

Time Commitment

1:30 PM: Meet at NCS to pick up students.

1:35 PM – 3:00 PM: Climbing session at The Romper Room (drivers are welcome to stay and watch!).

3:00 PM: Drive students back to NCS.

How to Volunteer

Whether you can help out for just one afternoon or all three, every seat counts! If you can drive, please reply directly to this message or contact the school office with:

The specific date(s) you are available.

The number of student passengers your vehicle can safely accommodate.

> Quick Reminder: All volunteer drivers must have their standard school driver paperwork and background check cleared with the front office prior to the trip.
