The primary purpose of the National Night Out for the Wake Forest Police Department is to have a fun and safe evening for the children of our community while promoting child safety information to parents and other community parties. We participate in the P.D.'s activity which supports Special Olympics while promoting the following calendar year's Super Duper Duck Splash. We coordinate our participation in conjunction with other community groups (existing / potential Duck Buddies and others) to enhance our presence in the community, promote child safety and obtain PR for the SDDS.
