We need all hands on deck for our one and only fundraiser of the year. We ask that each family contribute in some way.
We need someone who will help keep all the amazing committees on task and on deadline. If you have organizational skills, we have the data from previous years to work off.
The Donations Committee helps coordinate parent solicitation of items for prizes for the feature raffle and new category of raffle baskets and mystery bag items.
Calling or texting all the new parents to answer any questions about the event or what we need from them. Someone who's been to the event is ideal.
This is mostly at home on the computer entering data leading up the event but also needs to be present the night of. The spreadsheets are already created and there is an SOP. This person should be very familiar with Excel.
Have connections or know some great bands? We are looking for a New Orleans theme live band.
The is at-home data management and reach outs to sponsors to get logos, guest lists and ad s(and to make them feel loved!) Familiarity with Excel and Canva helpful.
Help the lead with the planning and installing of the decor.
Update and schedule all the marketing emails. Needs to be familiar with Mail Chimp.
Take all the marketing and get it on our social channels!
The volunteer coordinator works with the other committee leads on what is needed, helps solicit parent and alumni volunteers, and helps to supervise volunteers the night of the event.
