Please join us in helping at RMS' First Annual Oktoberfest event on Saturday October 3rd, from 11am - 5pm. This family-friendly festival will feature food, beer, games, a cake walk, and much more! Sign up for one shift or more and please invite other family members (like grandparents or teenage siblings) to get involved as well!
Help set up pop-up tents, tables, chairs, decor, tickets, signs, etc
Greet the attendees as they arrive, sell tickets, and check ID's for adults
Collect tickets for food and hand out purchased items
Promote the 50/50 raffle by walking among attendees and selling tickets
Be available to fill in where needed, greeting guests, collecting tickets, cleaning up, etc.
Take pictures and videos of the event to be used in future promotion
Collect tickets and prepare snow cones
Greet the attendees as they arrive, sell tickets, and check ID's for adults
