We need all hands on deck for our one and only fundraiser of the year. We ask that each family contribute in some way.

Project Manager
We need someone who will help keep all the amazing committees on task and on deadline. If you have organizational skills, we have the JIRA online project management system and and data from previous year to work off.

Auction Committee Members
The Auction Committee helps coordinate parent solicitation of items for prizes for the feature raffle and silent auction. This team helps distirbute solicitation materials to the parent communittee, send reminders to parents, logs items as they come in and collects and displays them at the event.

New Parent Mentors
Calling or texting all the new parents to answer any questions about the event or what we need from them. Someone who's been to the event is ideal.

Ticketing and Check In
This is mostly at home on the computer entering data leading up the event but also needs to be present the night of. The spreadsheets are already created and there is an SOP. This person should be very familiar with Excel.

Sponsor Tracking
The is at-home data management and reach outs to sponsors to get logos, guest lists and ad s(and to make them feel loved!) Familiarity with Excel and Canva helpful.

Decor Committee Members
Help the lead with the planning and installing of the decor.

Email Coordinator
Update and schedule all the marketing emails. Needs to be familiar with Mail Chimp.

Volunteer Coordinator
The volunteer coordinator works with the other committee leads on what is needed, helps solicit parent and alumni volunteers, and helps to supervise volunteers the night of the event.

Works other committees to be the evening of coordinator to keep us on schedule and running smoothly
