This year's Mardi Gras Fundraiser will be held on March 1st at 7:30pm at the Diamond Farm Winery. In order to make this event a success, we will need plenty of volunteers to help with set up, break down, check-in, and more. Please check out the volunteer opportunities below and sign up.

Check-in

Assist with greeting and checking in guests

Elementary Student greeters

Have your Elementary Student dress in their uniform and assist in greeting guests as they arrive. Parents must stay for the hour and bring student home after shift.

Check-in

Assist with greeting and checking in guests

10:30pm - 11:30pm
Transport centerpieces from venue to Mimi's house

Pick up centerpieces and drop off at Mimi's house after event.

Transport Marquee letters back to Mimi's house

Bring a truck, load marquee letters onto truck and bring back to Mimi's house

Clean up

Assist with packing up decorations and clean up miscellaneous items.

Pick up linens and put into a bag

Return outdoor furniture

Return any outdoor furniture that has been moved back to its original spot. Check outdoor patio for trash/cigar butts
