BGC Qualifier - Day 3

BGC WAG Qualifier event day three!
Volunteers may need to assist with other roles, if necessary, depending on where the need is most required.
*Please add the name of volunteer to the 'Message to Organizer' pop up box.
Volunteers to assist hostessing coordinators prepare and serve food for judges and coaches.
Volunteers to register athletes and coaches, then direct to correct areas
Volunteers to provide security for RG door to gym, vault strip, and front entrance (will be directed upon arrival)
Volunteers to take payment at admissions and direct traffic in the lobby.
Volunteers will be selling drinks and snacks at the concession table.
Volunteers needed to check garbage and empty when necessary, check washrooms and fill paper towels/toilet paper when needed as well as any last minute errands or food order pick up's. Morning spots will be required to pick up coffee on the way to the gym
