Gift Cards MUST be dropped of in the grey drop box located on the wall outside the office at Maple before April 8th. Please place gift cards in envelope WITH RECEIPT AND FAMILY NAME so hours can be verified.

* Please be aware of the gift card you signed up for and the amount required

** Do not substitute the gift card for an alternate one.

*** Max amount per family is $200 until March 31st. If spots remain open after March 31st, families may sign up for additional spots.

**** You can not buyout your hours in giftcards

***** Please enter the name of volunteer in the "message to organizer" pop up box.
