Event Setup
Help set up tables/tents/chairs, ensure garbage cans are outside, garbage bags are accessible, table cloths are put on tables, decorate fence (lights and inflatable decorations)

Pass out drinks & collect money

Help check in guests who pre-paid, collect $ from walk-in attendees,

throw out garbage, put tables, chairs, and tents away, bring garbage cans back into the church basement, empty coolers/put away leftover drinks, sweep up parking lot/street
