Setup tents, tables, chairs, fill coolers, and other misc event setup items
Man raffle table, sell tickets at table
Walk around the event and sell split the pot raffle tickets
Explain games to kids, collect tickets, hand out prizes if they win
Walk around the event to various garbage cans, take garbage bags to ally to dispose and add new garbage bag to can during shift
Sell ice cream bars and collect money
Sell light up items and collect money
Assist with selling wristbands, drink/ride tickets, and accepting payments for those.
Distribute drinks to bar patrons, collect tickets

Break down tents/chairs/tables, put tents away in storage shed, throw out garbage, carry thing inside school/church basement for storage, sweeping, empty coolers, and any other close out items to ensure parking lot/street is clear & cleaned up
