We need talented bakers to bring some spectacular desserts for our Pork Chop Dinner! Please bring 2 dozen servings of your favorite dessert- pie, cake, cookies, brownies- we want it all!
Items do not need to be sliced/portioned ahead of time. Items need to be dropped off by Saturday at noon.
You'll be helping with our pork chop dinner in preparing/serving food, cleaning tables, and helping with carryout.
Duties are to watch and manage the bidding at the silent auction, and possibly give out bidder numbers.

Duties are to watch and manage the bidding at the silent auction and help sort winning items at the end of the auction.
You'll help wrap up the dinner, get the kitchen back to school mode. May also complete this after the auction
You'll be helping in the following ways:
-monitor auction items
-general auction assistance
-check in bidders
-runners for the auction
Many hands make light work! This job will encompass sweeping, picking up/taking out trash, taking down tables/auction stage, and more.
