Jog-A-Thon

Our annual Jog-A-Thon is a annual fundraiser that supports ABVM. Students, teachers and parents can participate and run for pledges. We need help with the day of the event and donations. Thank you!
After drop-off, help Set-Up the Event. Set up tables, chairs, bleachers, balloons, starting line, etc...
You will be assigned to one classroom to explain instructions before the event, pass out wristbands to the students during the event, count wristbands at the end of the event. You will NOT be assigned to a class your child is in. Once you are done with collecting the wristbands and forms, help clean up the event until pickup.
Man water stations located in front of Crean Hall, hand out water to students as needed. Clean up water cups off track and clean up water station at the end of the event. Once finished, help clean up the event until pickup.
Monitor a designated area for safety, making sure the runners stay on the track and the students stay safe.
We need a parent who is a nurse/doctor to work at the nurses stations to manage any injuries or students feeling unwell.
Donate 72 balloons and deliver to the school. We need 8 colors for each class: White, light blue, yellow, red, light green, navy, orange, dark green, purple and multi-color (8th grade is tie-dye). Must be helium filled and delivered by 9am. You will have to coordinate with Party City and pick up the night before. You can make arrangement to deliver the night before in Crean Hall or bring the morning of the event. Attach receipt to receive service hour credit.
Donate 10 boxes of popsicles (180 total). See link from Smart and Final. Deliver to the event by 9am.

Donate disposable cups. See link below. 600 total. Bring to the office on Thursday, April 18th with receipt attached to receive credit.
