Into the Woods - Fresh Baked Items and Hot Coffee

Into the Woods is our 2024 musical performed by the students of ABVM. This is a wonderful event for all families of ABVM!
We need donations from parents for concessions. There will be drinks and snacks served one hour before each performance and during intermission. This is a great form of revenue for our arts department and we greatly appreciate your participation.
DONATIONS:
We need some fresh items purchased the day of the event. We would like the baked goods to be fresh to serve and the coffee to be hot. All donations MUST include the donation form filled out (see attachment) and the receipt. You will receive one hour for every $35 donated. Please sign up below and drop off items with attached donation form/receipts Ito the front office on Thursday, March 21st. Bring the bakery items and coffee to the event two hours prior to the event. Your participation is greatly appreciated!
Purchase 2 dozen of fresh baked donuts, cookies, donuts, or sweets to sell. Drop off at the kitchen two hours prior to the event. It must have the attached donation form and receipt to receive service hours.

Purchase 2 coffee travelers from Starbucks; please request cups, sugar and creamer from Barista. Drop off at the kitchen two hours prior to the event. It must have the attached donation form and receipt to receive service hours.
