Into the Woods Set-Up, Box Office/Ushers, Costume Help, Bartenders/Concessions, and Hair/Make-Up Assistants

DETAILS: March 17th the play begins at 2:00pm in the gym.
Into the Woods is our annual spring musical at ABVM. We need volunteers to be ushers, work the concessions during intermission, help with costumes, and help with clean up. We also need make-up & hair assistants to help Felicia and Beata. They'll do all the more complicated up-do's, but they just need help with some simple foundation, blush, mascara or some simple pony-tails or buns. All volunteers MUST be VIRTUS trained.
Help Set-Up concessions and bar, sell one hour before the show and at intermission and clean up.
Help set-up the bar, premix drinks, serve one hour before the play and intermission, and clean up.
Prep volunteers for what they will be doing before the show. Once the show starts, work the doors so the show is not interrupted.
Help our lead costume director and Ms. Myrna with costume organization.
Help clean up once the play has concluded.
