The New Parent Welcome Dinner is an event for all new families joining ABVM in the 2023-2024 Academic Year. The PTO will provide dinner and the principal will give a presentation for all new families. The TK and Kinder students will have a chance to see their classroom and meet their teacher. Room Parents will be in attendance so all new families can meet a parent in their class.

5:30am
Donate Ice, Waters, Sparkling Waters, and Juice Boxes

Drop off one bag of ice, one case of small waters, one case of sparkling waters, and one box of juices (12 minimum). Drop off at the gym at 5:30pm.

Event Set Up

Set up tables, chairs, and centerpieces.

Food Pick Up

Pick up food from Stonefire and deliver to the ABVM gym.
