Once on This Island Jr. Set-Up, Box Office/Ushers, Costume Help, Bartenders/Concessions, and Green Room Assistants

DETAILS: April 17th the play begins at 7:00pm in the gym. Once on This Island Jr. is our annual spring musical at ABVM. We need volunteers to be ushers, work the concessions during intermission, help with costumes, and help with clean up. We also need make-up & hair assistants to help the lead parents. They'll do all the more complicated hair, but they just need help with some simple foundation, blush, mascara or some simple hair. All volunteers MUST be VIRTUS trained. All volunteers, please wear all black or your Once on This Island t-shirt. (If possible) Thank you!
Help Set-Up concessions and bar, sell one hour before the show and at intermission and clean up.
Help set-up the bar, premix drinks, serve one hour before the play and intermission, and clean up.
Prep volunteers for what they will be doing before the show. Once the show starts, work the doors so the show is not interrupted.
Generally keep the area where the cast and crew safe and secure. Assure classroom spaces are respected and serve as extra hands and feet for last minute needs.
