Grandparents and Special Friends Day

ABVM Grandparents and Special Friends are welcomed on campus to accompany our students as they celebrate mass, enjoy a student program, share a continental breakfast, take a photo, and visit classrooms together. TK, Kindergarten, 1st and 2nd grades will be hosting this incredible event with the generous donations of our class families.
DONATIONS:
All grocery items are at Smart and Final. We ask that the glazed donuts come fresh from a donut shop (Winchell's or equivalent and no more than one day old). All donations MUST include the donation form filled out (see attachment) and the receipt. You will receive one hour for every $35 donated. Please sign up below and drop off items with attached donation form/receipts in carline on December 18th. Thank you!
Assist kitchen staff on 12/19 in preparing breakfast, making fruit cups, and wrapping burritos. Clean as we go is a must.
Set-up tables, chairs, tablecloths, decorations and food in the gym on 12/19. Help serve coffee throughout event. Clean as we go is a must.
Help clean up the event, including kitchen and gym, and help with a safe exit of grandparents in the parking lot.
Pick up tablecloths at 12:00 on the day of the event. Wash and dry table Linens after the event and return to the office after Christmas break. 3 service hours will be given.
Smart and Final - Donate 1 - 5lb. bag of First Street Fine Dining Blend GROUND coffee. Deliver to carline on 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
Donate 4 dozen GLAZED donuts (Winchell's or equivalent). Deliver to morning carline 12/18. If you want to buy them fresh on the 19th, please email us and let us know. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
Donate 10ish pounds of red or purple SEEDLESS grapes at morning carline on 12/19. Rinse grapes, remove from stems, and deliver in disposable container (gallon size bags okay). They will be added to fruit cups. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
Donate 4 cantaloupes. Cut into bite size pieces and deliver in a disposable container. (Gallon size zip lock bag okay). Deliver to morning carline 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
Smart and Final - Donate First Street Everyday Napkins (500 total), First Street White Forks - Heavy Duty Plastic (500 total) and 1 box of Land O' Lakes Mini Moo's Half and Half Creamers (192 total). Deliver to morning carline 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
At Smart and Final - Donate 2 cases of Crystal Geyser 8 ounce mini waters (60/case, 180 total). Deliver to morning carline on 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
At Smart and Final - Donate 3 cases of Honest Kids Juice Boxes. There are 40 - 6ounce boxes per case (120 total). Deliver to morning carline 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
At Smart and Final -
Donate 4 sleeves- 25 cups/sleeve of Sunrise coffee cups (100 total). Also, donate 1 sleeve of Sunrise Hot Cup Dome lids (100 total/sleeve). Deliver to morning carline 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
Smart and Final - Donate 2 packs of First Street 10 1/4 inch paper plates - 125 in each bag (250 total). Deliver to morning carline 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
Smart and Final - Donate 4 sleeves of 5 1/2 oz Souffle Cups - 125/sleeve (500 total). Deliver to morning carline 12/18. Attach receipt to donation form to receive hours.
