Cheyenne - Frontiercade - F.E. Warren AFB Annual Family Picnic

Held at the Base Parade Field, help run a booth, and give out snacks and water to military families in Cheyenne.
Kylee and Jayden will be showing up at around 8 a.m. to set up. It is scheduled to end at 1:45 p.m. The event is taking place on the Parade Field. Also – rumor has it that Gate 1 (Randall Ave) will be closed, so you will have to use Gate 5 by the Game and Fish or Gate 2 which is the Missile Drive gate.
Tables and chairs will be provided for you under a temper tent. Sponsorship parking is to the west of the event on the grass.

Please let me know if you need base access. I will need the first name, last name, middle initial, date of birth, passport or driver’s license number and state issued from. Please send by August 8th so I can send to Security Forces for clearance.
