Broomfield Member Appreciation BBQ

This year's BBQ will be from 3:00 pm- 5:30 pm at the Broomfield Commons Park in Broomfield. (13200 Sheridan Boulevard)
*Wear your Do Good shirt
*Arrive ON TIME for your shift, allow a few minutes for parking
*Please note, if you sign up and are later unable to attend, it is your responsibility to find a replacement.
*Come have fun with us and celebrate another year of BLUE with our members who make our organization possible

Marketing Staff on Duty
Event prep; tablecloths, cornhole, Blue tents, sign-in table, flyer flags out, raffle box out, unload van, take tent/supplies for movie to lower park area and set up tent...lower tent over supplies for safe keeping. MISC. help
Take pictures of the event and post to Blue's social media
At 2:30 p.m. our caterers will hand off to Blue. We will serve the members
Cross check RSVP list, hand out raffle tickets, answer general questions
Walk around the event, welcome people, thank them for coming, chat with members, answer questions, etc, misc.
We will have a table set up to have our mortgage, investment and a branch team member represent/be available for members needs and questions.
