MARKETING REP ON DUTY: Diane Segal

To help promote the theme of our upcoming Refinance Cashback Promotion - SPOILED BY BLUE - we are looking for volunteers to wash windows for members on busy days in our branches with drive thrus. We are looking for 1 hour slots to help "spoil" our members by washing windows, handing out information with our refinance promo information, and giving interested members "mini spoilers" that they can stick on their car and take a picture for a SnapChat filter and/or post to social media with the hashtag #spoiledbyblue.

A few points on this:

- A marketing representative (listed above) will be assigned to your location during this day for any questions your may have
- Staff may wear jeans and their Do Good t-shirts or logo wear during the day they volunteer
- This is completely FREE for members, however in the event a member would like to tip you, we will have a bucket with a sign pointing to it
indicating all "tips" will go to the Blue Foundation. PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR TIPS :)
- Please ensure you are ASKING the members first if they would like their windshields washed
- We will have signage and social media posts so members are not startled by what we are doing
- You must wear your name tag in order to participate

Marketing will be providing the following items:

- A fun SnapChat filter will be enabled the day of your event for members and staff to use
- Each location will also have buckets, paper towels, soap and squeegees – we’ll just need water in them!
- Each location will have a 100 "mini spoilers" to hand out - we encourage you only to give these to members who will apply them to their car
and take photo - as we have limited quantity available.
- Please only give them to members who want them AND WILL APPLY THEM THEMSELVES, and
encourage them to take pictures use our SnapChat filter/post to social media using the hashtag #spoiledbyblue
- Each location will also have buck slips to hand to members with more information on the campaign- SnapChat/Foundation “Tips”

- Staff who volunteer for at least 1 hour will receive 500 YouEarnedIt points!
- Can be redeemed up to two times if you volunteer twice!
- This will be a behavior bonus in YouEarnedIt - you will required staff to uplaod a photo of yourself at the drive thru to receive your points
