This event consists of a warehouse tour with money saving tips and information, a Q & A session, food, and an opportunity to sign up for memberships.

Blue employees can wait in the vestibule if they arrive before 8 am. Dress for a cooler warehouse as it is always cold on the floor before opening and the vestibule may be cold. Have people wait at the main doors but we will open the returns door to let you in. THIS IS IMPORTANT. THERE WILL BE FORKLIFTS ON THE FLOOR SO WE WILL NEED TO STAY TOGETHER AS A GROUP, obviously for safety reasons. Any people arriving late can go to that door and will need to be escorted to the group by an employee.

We will start the building tour shortly after 8 am. You may ask questions at each department.

The food will be set up buffet style near the membership counter.

We will also be able to start the sign ups anytime after the tour is over, as those employees will probably be the escorts to the tour group.

The membership sign up special will be the $10 cash card for a gold star sign up or a $20 cash card for an executive sign up. (When we first started planning this we talked about the VISA $55 statement credit but, unfortunately that will be over April 10th so the dates don't coincide, unless Costco extends those dates due to great response. We also talked about the NMP, national membership program, but that did not work out so that won't apply either.)

For those that cannot attend the reverse on-site they can sign up with a copy of the cash card offer. Also, if they sign up during the VISA promotion which runs from March 20th through April 9th and they are a new, upgrading or current executive member that applies and are approved for the Costco Anywhere VISA Card at the warehouse and they spend a qualifying $55 within the first 90 days they will receive a $55 statement credit on their Costco VISA bill. This basically pays them back for upgrading. And they will still receive the 2% rewards certificate from Costco with their renewal letter. This is a national promotion with Costco and Citibank so it is beyond our warehouse control to extend those dates. They can call the membership desk if they have any questions regarding this promotion.

We open the doors to the public at 9:45 and at that time all of the Blue Guests will be able to use their brand-new memberships and shop!
