Movies in the Park - Moana

Time: Set up begins at 6:00 pm at the park, attendees begin arriving at 6:30-7:00 pm, and the movie starts at dusk (roughly 8:30-8:45). We will begin tearing down when the movie begins and be done around 9:00 pm.

We need 3-4 volunteers to help me out with Movies in the Park events. We need at least three people at the park by 6:00 to help set up our Blue tent and our lawn games. Between 6:30 and showtime, we'll hand out swag and make general announcements. Dress code is your Blue volunteer t-shirt and appropriate jeans/shorts.

*If you sign up to volunteer and are no longer able to fill your shift, you are responsible for finding someone to fill your shift and contacting the event organizer right away.

*Please let your manager or someone in Marketing know if you are in need of a volunteer t-shirt.
