IMSC at the rink from 1:00-6:00 pm, many positions available
It is the first day of group skating class! Volunteers are needed to help:
Welcome new families to the rink and check each in,
Equipment assistants will help new skaters with their skates and helmets and supply equipment as needed.
Rink Door Monitor: keeps the ones in shoes off the ice and the ones with skates on the ice. Helps parents find a good seat away from the doorway.
Check skaters in and out for practice ice, be available in case of emergencies.

Open and run concessions for group lessons
welcome new families as they enter the rink, check in the skater and hand out materials
Help new skaters with skates and helmets, obtain spares from the closet as needed
remain by the rink door to help skaters on and off as needed and redirect parents away from the doorway into the seating areas
Help kids in the practice area and/or help with Snowplow instruction as needed.
