Iron Mountain Skating Club

Donate food or beverages for the Coaches and Judges to eat during the competition day. Food/beverages to be dropped off at the rink no later than 9am on 2/22/25. Please let us know at sign up what type of food/beverage you will be bringing

Gather accounting supplies like pens, clipboards, etc

Write the script for the announcer to use during the competition

Create the music play list for the club ipad using the music files that are sent to the club by the skaters

Create the program and marketing and email.it to the club at imskatingclub@gmail.com

Create the Medical Emergency Plan. *Must be a RN, NP, PA, or MD*

Use the program created by the program creator and print out 75 double sided programs.

Create signs for the locker rooms. Contact Teri for what information needs to be on the signs

Help set up the area and help the accountant

Set up and staff the registration table

Run the Concession Stand

Check skaters off as the enter/leave the ice. *Must be SafeSport Certified*

Announce the skaters using a pre-written script

Play the music file at the appropriate times

Get scoring sheets to and from the judges and scoring table *Can be a High School Student*

Set up and staff the awards table *Can be a High School student*

Set up and staff the hospitality rooms for the Coaches and Judges
