1:00 Spring Show

Set up for the show-The more the merrier as we take down the glass, decorate the lobby, hang the curtains and decorate the ice for the show!
If we finish early, we leave early :)
Assist with parking cars before the 1:00 show
Handing out programs to attendees prior to the show.
Collect programs after the show to use in the remaining shows.
Sell tickets at the door. There will be no presales this year.
Work the concession stand for the 1:00 show. Ask the rink attendant to unlock the concessions room
Assist with getting groups into place in the hallway so that the show goes smoothly. We have skaters in the locker rooms in the back and in the area upstairs above the lobby.
Run the spotlight for the show.
We are in need of 2 apprentice volunteers to learn the lights!
The youngest groups will be upstairs in the conference room. Snowplow (Dalmations & Trolls) 4 Monitors will be needed per show. At least one monitor must be safesport certified with current background check completed.

These groups will be in locker room #3: Basic 2 & 3. At least one monitor must be safe sport certified with current background check.

Basic 4 & 5. This monitor and groups will be in locker room # 4. This monitor must be safe sport certified and have a current background check completed.

Basic 6. This monitor and group will be in Locker Room #5. This monitor must be safe sport certified with a current background check completed.

Freestyle. This monitor and group will be in Locker Room # 6. This monitor must be safe sport certified and have a current background check.

*Flower, Raffle Baskets, 50/50, pig raffle
*Selling flowers, cookies, 50/50 tickets and overseeing raffle sales. *You will be selling before the show and during intermission.
Create name tags (Using a cricut, silhouette, or other cutting machine) for each skater to decorate the windows in the lobby
Surf board cut out

Gravestone cut out. gravestones to be 6 feet tall and 3 1/2 to 4 feet wide... 2 inch thick styrofoam...with braces to hold them up. Individual so the skaters could come out from behind them. Then they could be grouped in front of the back or side drop.
Snowflakes on stands that can be pushed around
create a spring scene -- flowers, grass, Easter bunny, etc. An alternative to creating a scene is to purchase 8 ft x 10 ft photo backdrops (approx. $20-40. Club will count 1 volunteer hour for every $15 spent) Call Ginnie Adams 502-475-3549 for more info
