Audience: All Members, especially Chapter Officers and Committee or Facet Leaders

This intermediate session will build upon Google Drive 101 by focusing on how chapter resources should be organized, maintained, and shared.

Participants will learn how to:

- Create and organize folders using consistent naming practices

- Upload and manage working documents

- Share resources using appropriate access permissions

- Distinguish between public, members-only, and restricted information

- Maintain files in chapter-controlled locations that support officer and committee transitions

This session will be especially useful for members who create, maintain, or share documents on behalf of a chapter office, committee, Facet, program, or initiative.

A folder organization and sharing checklist will be provided.
