Event Description:
Join the Technology Committee for a practical, member-focused overview of the digital platforms that support Piedmont (NC) Chapter operations and communication.

During this session, members will learn what each chapter platform is used for, where official information and shared resources should live, and how to determine the best place to begin when looking for a document, update, form, or event detail. We will also review access and privacy expectations, explain how to request technology assistance, and practice using a simple decision path for navigating chapter technology.

By the end of the session, members will be able to:

- Match common chapter needs with the appropriate digital platform

- Distinguish official communication from quick reminders and informal discussion

- Identify where chapter documents, templates, resources, and participation records are maintained

- Recognize information that requires restricted access or additional protection

- Follow the correct process for requesting technology assistance

Members will receive the PNC Technology Quick Start Guide as a reference following the training.

Preparation:
No advanced technology experience is required. Members are encouraged to join from a computer or tablet and bring any questions they have about navigating the chapter’s technology platforms.
