The Piedmont (NC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated and the Gastonia Piedmont Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. will host a S.T.E.A.M SHOWCASE at the Erwin Community Center, Gastonia on January 19, 2026 at 1pm. The S.T.E.A.M. SHOWCASE will consist of one (1) hands-on science experiment and a mini quilting design conducted by Elementary and Middle School aged youth. The science experiment and quilting will take place at 1pm prior to the Gastonia-Piedmont Jack and Jill Chapter's Annual MLK Holiday Arts Showcase at 2pm. The Piedmont (NC) Chapter volunteers will ONLY participate in conducting one science experiment and assisting students with the quilt design. Thank you in advance and we look forward to your invaluable contributions. All are invited to attend whether you participate or not. Attendance, support, engagement and positive feedback with the students are always welcomed.
