As we continue to modernize our chapter’s technology infrastructure, we need to ensure that all committees and officers have the necessary tools, access, and support to operate effectively. This form will help us:

1. Collect information on technology platforms currently in use
2. Ensure login credentials and permissions are properly shared
3. Identify training and support needs
4. Plan for consistent documentation practices across the chapter
