Due to inclement weather, our in-person Walk for Healthy Living has gone virtual — and it’s happening TODAY!
How to participate:
1. Walk anytime today (9/27) before 11:59 PM — choose a safe place like your neighborhood, park, or treadmill.
2. Track your steps or distance using your phone, smartwatch, or just count laps.
3. Share your progress
