P(NC) Links Chapter Bylaws Review: Recommendations due- September 13, 2025, 11:59 p.m.

After a comprehensive review, we've identified areas where our current bylaws are not fully compliant with The Links, Incorporated policies, or standards. This presents an opportunity for us to refresh and refine our guidelines to better serve our mission and meet necessary standards.

We have drafted proposed revisions, which are essential in aligning ourselves with The Links, Incorporated Constitution and Bylaws compliance and Manual of Policy requirements for our effectiveness as a chapter. These revisions have been carefully crafted to support our long-term goals while remaining flexible for future needs as provided by the The Links, Incorporated Bylaws Checklist 2024.

Here’s how we will proceed: you’ll have seven (7) days from Sunday, September 7, 2025 to review the proposed changes. Due Date: September 13, 2025.

We are seeking your input. Please note that bylaws are based mainly on The Links, Incorporated Bylaws Checklist, which requires compliance.
