WAVES Project

We are looking for a few more hands that can help us and volunteer to attend the VET-CON veteran expo being held November 12, 2023. We need volunteers from 9:30 am - 6:00 pm. Our recent booth at Amber Waves of Grain raised nearly $1,000 - enough to get a vet through our program!! Come help us spread the word and awareness and hopefully raise funds to get another vet through our program.

The event is being hosted and brought to the community by the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department VMET in partnership with the LASD Military and Veteran Affairs Unit and the American Legion.

The event is being held in the City of Industry at the "Industry Hills Expo Center" - 16200 Temple Avenue, City of Industry.
There will be veteran owned vendors, cigars, free cell phones and tablets for vets (based on availability) and exotic car displays. Food and Drink will be available for purchase. Admission is free.
