Helping and Hiring Our Heros

The event called Helping and Hiring Our Heros will be held at the Big horse Corn Maze on October 8th, the flyer for the event is attached. This is a community resources and job opportunity fair for armed services members and veterans. We will have a booth at this event which runs from 11am to 3pm. We need volunteers to set up, work the booth and tear down. There are two shifts for "cashier" to accept credit card payments for donations and t-shirts - we will contact you prior to the event to ensure you have the equipment you will need. We have allowed an hour before to set up our pop-up tent, table with t-shirts and literature. We've also allowed an hour at the end of the event for tear down.
