1st Annual Veteran Golf Classic

WAVES Project's first ever golf tournament will be held at Temecula Creek Inn. The event begins at 7am with registration and ends after lunch and awards around 2pm. If you would like to help please contact Barbara@wavesproject.com or 951-308-0049 ext 103. Below are listed areas where we need help but we will need lots of hands to pitch in other areas during the day.

Also - please help us get sponsors and golfers! Attached are two flyers you can share or send them to the website - www.wavesgolf.com where they can sign up to play or to sponsor. We also have printed flyers in the WAVES office so come on by and pick some up!

6:00am - 8:30am
Setup
Help set up the WAVES tee box booth and raffle item table. Other tasks as needed. Man the putting green.

Registration
Help set up and man the the registration desk to check in golfers and sell raffle tickets

WAVES Booth
Man the WAVES booth, talk to golfers as they come through

10:00am - 1:00pm
WAVES Booth
Talk to golfers and tear down the booth about 1pm

10:00am - 2:00pm
Help where needed
Various Duties including packing up and helping load out after the event.
12:00pm - 2:00pm
Raffles
Help manage the raffle items during the drawing. Then help tear down after the event.
