February's pop up social will be held at Gustavo Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jistu located at 1155 Jeffreys Rd, Rocky Mount NC.
This class will be a mixture of striking and ground defense techniques. We will be presented with skills and knowledge about reducing the risk of being attacked, carrying a concealed weapon, and other ways to avoid becoming a victim.
The social committee will cover the cost of the class if you are signed up by Sunday, February 16th.
